I am a young music student & composer from Carrickfergus, who primarily plays the piano, but, in 2007, joined the band to help out on percussion. However, my interest in brass was soon piqued, and I began to learn the cornet. Now playing 2nd cornet, I am going into third year of Music at Queen's University, and have recently been awarded a scholarship for academic achievement. My musical interests lie in the classical sphere, mainly comprising Mozart, Britten, Brahms, Beethoven & Prokofiev.
